Ealing Film Festival is 15 to 18 October, then half-term Halloween shows and free play, and fireworks at Trailfinders on 5 November and two more on the 7th.

Ealing’s autumn diary peaks twice. The Ealing Film Festival runs from Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 October at ActOne in Acton and Ealing Picturehouse, with a Q&A with Charlie Brooker on the Saturday. Then come half term, 26 to 30 October, with Halloween shows at The Questors, free outdoor play at Pitzhanger and a week of spooky sessions at Gunnersbury, and the borough’s three fireworks displays: Trailfinders on Thursday 5 November, and the Brentham Club and Ealing Cricket Club both on Saturday 7 November.

Updated 6 October: past events removed, every listing re-checked with its organiser, and 18 new ones added, including Pitzhanger’s free half-term play days, Gunnersbury’s Rocky Horror night, the Questors Comedy Festival line-ups and an international rugby Test at Trailfinders on 14 November.

Everything below comes from the organisers’ own listings, read on 6 October 2026, and each entry links back to its source so you can check before you set off. The council entries come from its culture site, ealingculture.org. For places that are open whatever the month, see things to do in Ealing.
